The staff that checked us in was fantastic, he took extra time and kept trying my card because it said it was declined. He called Booked.net and ask them if it was something on their end and they said no. But he tried it after he talked to them and it went right through. One of the best check people I have ever dealt with. Was disappointed that you would have to pay for wifi unless you were an elite member.

Very nice hotel with location and service. I would like to stay this hotel again and I will recommend this hotel to my friends and others.

Under renovation and after an 9 hour drive I just wanted a dip in the pool and a soak in the hot tub both closed due to renovation.

As a solo traveler, I found this hotel to be a gem with its convenient access to the University of Kansas and the lovely walking paths along the nearby parks. The staff here were professional yet cute was good.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with the most comfortable bed and excellent complimentary WiFi, as for instance was not a problem. The hotel offers a wide array of food that was great. The property offers great location in a convenient location to everything.

The frig did not have a freezer space. I needed that for some of my food items.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast options were diverse.

The king studio suite was very spacious and provided a comfortable atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, which contributed significantly to our pleasant stay.

Breakfast offerings seemed limited, especially compared to high-end options nearby.

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway and Hampton Inn was wonderful! We stayed two nights. The pool and hot tub were perfect. First day we were there, we wanted our room cleaned because I really like a clean room and we were going to be at hotel for a good part of the day. I asked the manager if they could clean our room while we went swimming, after our swim the room was just as fresh and clean as the first time we walked into it! The staff was great. We could not find one thing wrong with this hotel.
